The Nepean-Ottawa Learn-to-Dive Club is the proud provider of the nationally recognized LTD program which is a recreational, 4 level, progressive skills program for divers of all ages and abilities, who are comfortable in deep water.

Walter Baker Pool
Summer is a busy time and pool time at the Walter Baker sportsplex is hard to get.

Nepean Sportsplex Pool
The summer session, week long classes begins in July. One hour classes run Monday through Friday morning and afternoon. Cost is $115/session. The classes run 10:00 am - 11:00 am and 4:00 pm - 5:30 pm

The LTD program delivers its message of safe diving through supervised activities. Learning to dive is an excellent supplement to swimming lessons and is a fun way to enjoy the challenge and excitement of new diving skills. Levels, one through four, are advanced with individual attention and instruction. A report card prepared for the end of each session, highlights learned accomplishments and emphasizes dives yet to be completed.
