Starting the first week of October and continuing until May, the season offers approximately 32 weeks of instruction.Classes run Monday—Friday from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
Cost: All fees are prorated throughout the season.
Fees can be paid in installments of three post dated cheques due at the first class, January 1st and March 1st.

Athletes progress through four ten-minute work stations of basic skill development plus one twenty-minute instruction on the one metre springboard with a lead instructor to maximize equipment use.
Lead instructors, with
the help of assistants, monitor each individual athlete’s progression.
Athletes advance at their own rate, learning one element at a time, building
a foundation for success and a mastery of each skill.
